ICE Racing Gears Up to Support Talented Young Biker

Interactive Coding Equipment (ICE Racing) is pleased to announce that it will be supporting talented motorcycle racer James Folkard in the Thundersport GP1 class until the end of the current biking season.

Folkard, 24, from Liverpool, is currently leading the British Thundersport Super Twin’s Championship on a Scott racing Aprilia RRV 550 and will also be battling it out in the GP1 class for larger super bikes.

For the GP1 class, Folkard will be riding the brand new Aprilia RSV4 1,000cc Superstock bike provided by In-Competition Racing, a bike he recently tested at Oulton Park.

The next round of Thundersport GB events are taking place at Anglesey Circuit Trac Môn this Saturday, Sunday and Monday and everyone at ICE wish him the best of luck in both championships.

Since the start of his racing career in 2002, Folkard has successfully competed in many championships, which include the Junior Racing Association Championship (winner), the National Aprilia Series, Ducati Cup, the Spanish Moto2, Thundersport and a round of the British Superstock 600 championship.

With the support of ICE and a great new bike and team behind him, Folkard is all geared up to move into the fast lane as his racing career continues to go from strength to strength in this biking season and beyond.
