Help with a printer
If you have an immediate problem with an ICE printer, please call 01159 640144 to speak to our experienced office based technical engineers. They will provide you with telephone support to try and get you back up and running quickly. Where this is not possible, they will arrange for a Clearmark field service engineer to visit your premises as soon as possible.
Our telephone support is available from 08.30 – 17.30 Monday to Friday.
Weekend support is available by contacting the regular support number above and leaving a voicemail. One of our technical team will call you back as soon as possible to provide support.
